1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oksbet platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with oksbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the oksbet Platform. oksbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and oksbet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and oksbet relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility

To register and use oksbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of oksbet or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the oksbet Platform or any other online gaming platform operated by oksbet's affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

oksbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of oksbet services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other required details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. oksbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify oksbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

oksbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations. You acknowledge that oksbet may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason.

Account registration and use of the oksbet Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on oksbet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• oksbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• oksbet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

oksbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond oksbet's reasonable control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

oksbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or abuse of promotional terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• oksbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• oksbet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the oksbet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or oksbet staff through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the oksbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of oksbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without oksbet's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any oksbet trademarks, service marks, or trade names without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of oksbet's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by oksbet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oksbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, oksbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game results caused by technical malfunctions beyond oksbet's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Any third-party conduct, including but not limited to payment processor delays, network outages, or data breaches attributable to third-party service providers.

oksbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oksbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Responsible Gaming

oksbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and complying with PAGCOR guidelines on player protection. We strongly encourage all users to gamble responsibly and within their means.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to use the oksbet Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• oksbet provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered users. These tools are accessible from your account settings after login.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use oksbet's self-exclusion feature or contact our support team to have your account temporarily or permanently restricted.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

oksbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of any deposit transaction.
• Conduct that oksbet reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account for cause, oksbet reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting oksbet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you.

11. Privacy

oksbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to oksbet's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent oksbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
